KW automotive Benelux is located in the immediate vicinity of the internationally renowned Spa-Franchorchamps race track. KW Benelux has been around since 2023 and our core business in Belgium consists of strong support from a technical team with a fully equipped workshop to optimize and maintain our products.

With our new department located in the prestigious town of Francorchamps, best known for the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, one of the most famous and challenging racetracks in the world, we are committed to providing time-efficient and reliable services that meet the needs of our customers.

Die extrem hohe Fertigungstiefe ermöglicht größtmögliche Qualität bei gleichzeitiger Flexibilität. Ein großer, hochmoderner Maschinenpark hilft uns, jeden Kundenwunsch zu erfüllen – ganz egal, wie komplex er ist. Aus Rohmaterial entstehen am Standort Molenek CNC-gefräste Dämpfergehäuse, Kolben und Einzelteile für die Produkte. Neben Drehen und Fräsen werden auch essenzielle Bearbeitungsschritte wie Läppen, Gleitschleifen, Schweißen und Hohnen in-house durchgeführt.

With our location in the immediate vicinity of the Spa-Franchorchamps race track, we want to offer even better customer service. The team has proven expertise in dealing with our products and has decades of sales, marketing and racing experience within KW automotive.

Race Service

Standing still means going backwards, which is why the continuous development of all products is part of Reiger’s philosophy. Testing new technologies is also a high priority in order to stay at least one step ahead of the competition.

With our on-site race service, we ensure that our customers start the race with the best possible preparation. A special race service truck acts as a small, mobile workshop. Shock absorbers are serviced and repaired throughout the entire race weekend. In the competitive world of motorsport, every advantage counts.

Research and development

We strive to continuously optimize our products. That is why we offer various R&D services:

Suspension Setup

The correct damper setup is a crucial step in ensuring the optimum performance and perfect handling of a vehicle. We carry out precise measurements to achieve the desired ride quality, stability and control.
Using a variety of tools and test drives, we assess the performance of the suspension. We analyze suspension, stability, noise levels, handling and ride quality down to the smallest detail.

Damper Maintenance

For the professional maintenance of our dampers, we also use advanced tools and machines at our Benelux site to maintain the highest standards. This enables us to offer a fast and flexible service. The following services are available:

Special development and optimization services for suspension, valves, accessories, etc.
