We also offer semi-active chassis controllers to regulate damper systems. These are compatible with switching and proportional valves. They can be used to control compression and rebound separately. The sensors and signals from the standard equipment can be kept during installation.
As part of our range of electronic suspensions, we also offer an E1-approved high-performance control unit. The control unit enables individual vehicle integration. Available CAN signals (steering, brake, X/Y acceleration, etc.) can be easily integrated. Modes can be selected via a driving experience button. KW automotive offers its own solutions here or integrates existing series buttons.
Depending on the product, we offer suitable smartphone apps. These are used to adjust the damper setup directly from the cell phone. The corresponding KW wifi module connects the smartphone to the control unit. This allows the driver to carry out an individual damper setup live and in real time using their smartphone.

A vehicle that is too low often poses a number of challenges in everyday life. For vehicles that already have low ground clearance ex works, we offer a retrofit solution for hydraulically lifting the body. This system can be combined with standard chassis. With our solution, the height of the vehicle can be flexibly adjusted within a few seconds. When driving at speeds of up to 80 km/h, the vehicle body can be raised by up to 45 millimetres.
If you want to go all out, you can decide on a all-in-one suspension solution. Here, the vehicle gets our coilover strut modules with pre-assembled hydraulic cylinder and an included vehicle-specific pump assembly.
Our HLS special solutions offer unparalleled flexibility. The hydraulic solutions allow individual adjustments to be made directly and flexibly on site. Manual or fully automatic, laser-monitored control is also available.
With our adjustable Unibal support bearings, the camber of the wheels can also be changed afterwards. Camber is particularly popular in motorsport. It increases the contact area of the tires when cornering. This provides more grip and better handling of the vehicle at high speeds.
The KW deactivation kit prevents the vehicle from generating error messages after the suspension has been changed. It deactivates the standard damper control of the vehicle, which prevents future error messages. The function of the control unit remains 100% intact.
A KW Tool Kit is included in every scope of delivery. This contains a hook wrench (75mm), an adjusting pin, an adjusting wheel and four stickers. This allows you to adjust your KW coilover suspension at any time according to your preferences and the intended use.
KW automotive brands such as KW Suspensions and ST Suspensions offer a large selection of sports springs and racing springs in various spring rates and lengths. The respective rates and lengths always depend on the vehicle model. Our springs are combined with the standard suspension and ensure a responsive lowering and improved driving dynamics.
