Suspension Control Unit

With semi-active suspension control units by KW automotive, customers benefit from maximum control over their suspension. Compression and rebound damping are controlled independently of each other for customized driving dynamics. Our controllers are compatible with shift and proportional valves and can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems. The customer can continue to use existing sensors and signals from the standard equipment.

Control Units

Maximum flexibility in vehicle integration with our E1-approved high-performance control unit. It enables available CAN signals (such as steering, braking, or acceleration) to be seamlessly integrated and the driving experience to be customized. A driving experience switch allows the customer to conveniently choose between different modes. We offer customized solutions or integrate existing series switches – according to the customer’s wishes.

Apps

The customer controls the riding behavior easily and directly via their smartphone. Optional apps allow them to adjust the damper setup in real time. Retrofit Solution for OEM Dampers

More flexibility in everyday life with our retrofit solution for vehicles with low ground clearance. Thanks to our hydraulic system, the driver can adjust the vehicle height within seconds and overcome obstacles such as curbs or steep driveways with ease. For greater comfort and safety, the vehicle can be raised by up to 45 millimeters at speeds of up to 80 km/h: all without having to do without the standard suspension.

All-in-One Suspension Solution

Maximum vehicle performance is possible with our all-in-one suspension solution. The customer benefits from a customized suspension with coilover strut modules and a pre-assembled hydraulic cylinder, including a vehicle-specific pump assembly. This all-in-one system not only offers first-class driving comfort, but also maximum flexibility in changing conditions.

Special Solution

Almost limitless freedom and adaptability are available with our HLS special solutions. Hydraulic systems from KW offer the customer the opportunity to adjust the vehicle height precisely and flexibly directly on site. Thanks to the laser-monitored control system, the vehicle adapts to any challenge.

Adjustable Unibal top mounts allow customers to individually adjust the camber angle even after installation. Especially in motorsports, an optimally adjusted camber improves tire grip in corners, leading to better traction and safer handling at high speeds.
