Invitation to an Introductory Day
If you’re applying for an industrial apprenticeship, you’ll have the chance to spend two days familiarizing yourself with your future workplace. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your talents and motivation, while also getting to know your prospective team and department.
Applicant day (optional)
In cases where we receive a substantial number of applications, we organize an Applicant Day for all potential trainees and dual students. Here, you’ll get a firsthand experience of KW automotive through a company presentation, interviews, and a recruitment test assessing your proficiency in mathematics, German, and English.
Job Interview
If you’re interesting to us, we’ll invite you for an interview! Whenever possible, we prefer conducting this in-person to get an authentic sense of who you are. Expect a blend of personal and professional questions – we’re rooting for your success! You can do it!
