We take up to two hours for the interview. The first part consists of general questions about yourself. We want to find out whether you are a good fit for us. How does the application process work?

Here (scroll up to ‘Application process’) you will find all the important information about our application process. This should give you the best possible preparation.

What is the best way to send my application?

The easiest way is to apply online. However, you can also apply by email or mail. This will not put you at a disadvantage.

I have not received confirmation of receipt of my application. What do I do now?

There is usually a short delay and you will soon receive your confirmation of receipt. If you still haven’t received a response after three days, please email us to find out the current status. To do this, please contact karriere@kwautomotive.de.

How do I submit a document that I forgot to submit during the application process?

If you have forgotten to submit a document, simply send it to karriere@kwautomotive.de, stating your name and the relevant job description. Make sure that the document can be clearly assigned to you.

I have not found a suitable position. Can I also send an unsolicited application?

Of course you can. It often happens that a candidate fits in with us even though no suitable position is advertised. You also have the option of joining our talent pool. This way we can inform you about future, more suitable vacancies. Simply contact us at karriere@kwautomotive.de.

Where will the interview take place?

We prefer to get to know you on site at the KW automotive headquarters in Fichtenberg. The address is: Aspachweg 14, 74427 Fichtenberg. If you have a very long journey or other reasons for a video interview, this is of course also possible.
